Tim van Oostenbrugge studied medicine in Utrecht. In 2012 he obtained his medical degree and started his career as resident not in training at the department of Urology of the Radboud university medical center in Nijmegen. He started as a PhD-candidate in October 2012 at the department of Urology and Radiology and Nuclear Medicine to work on his thesis “Diagnostic imaging and image guided therapy for renal tumors” under supervision of prof. Mulders, prof. Fütterer and dr. Langenhuijsen. In 2016 he started as a resident in Urology. After finishing his residency in general surgery in 2017 under supervision of dr. Van Dalen in the Diakonessenhuis in Utrecht, he is currently combining his residency in Urology at the Radboudumc under supervision of prof. Witjes with finalizing his PhD thesis.
