Lianne Loeffen

Lianne Loeffen is project manager of the Medical Innovation and Technology expert Center (MITeC), a center where innovative surgical procedures are evaluated on effectiveness, efficiency, safety and feasibility through research projects.Lianne studied (medical) Psychology and completed a Master’s degree in Global Health at Maastricht University. As a management consultant she has worked in the field of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine on projects concerning process optimization, organizational restructuring, quality of care and patient safety. As part of the Research Office of the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, she coordinates the MITeC research projects that operate within the scope of the Minimally Invasive Image-Guided Interventions Center, led by prof. dr. Jurgen Fütterer; and Evidence Based Surgery, led by prof. dr. Maroeska Rovers.
